Sage 200 and Sage 50 users turned out in numbers to hear the latest on “Making Tax Digital” from an IT perspective.

FUEL hosted a very successful “Making Tax Digital” (MTD) information event on Tuesday, with a large number of both Sage 200, Sage 50 and Non Sage users present. The audience included companies and organisations from all aspects of Northern Ireland industry and business life. The main speaker was Steve Boyes, a Director of FUEL and Sage consultant for many years. Steve shared his research findings and understanding of the MTD subject and also highlighted the work that Sage had undertaken to be MTD ready for the begining of the new Tax year in April 2019.

Following Steve’s technical take on the subject from an IT perspective, FUEL Senior Sage Consultant, Kyle Moore, highlighted how the changes would look with a short presentation of both Sage 200 and Sage 50 new features.

The morning was rounded off with a busy and constructive question and answer session, with participation across the floor from those in attendance.

The guests then left with a summary of the earlier presentation by Steve Boyes.
