Todd Navigation started working with FUEL once they discovered that their current accounting and stock software was unable to deal with their complex tax and VAT requirements. Their business is unique as they sell paper and digital charts and publications to both merchant ships (exempt from VAT) and consumers in the EU (subject to VAT).

So in 2023, Todd Navigation switched from their old software to a fully configured SAP Business One solution, to manage their stock, sales, accounts and business intelligence reporting effectively.

Todd Navigation has solved the issue of complex TAX and VAT regulations around their business and furthermore have also extended this to include an e-commerce solution within SAP that attracts international business.

FUEL worked closely with Todd Navigation to understood their unique requirements and then created a solution using SAP Business One to meet the complex needs of their Tax and Vat sales internationally. TAX information from SAP Business One was linked to their online store to ensure the correct VAT rates are charged based on the country of origin and delivery.

SAP Business One was also used to solve their accounting requirements, stock and warehouse management and sales order picking as well as providing business intelligence reporting to allow Todd Navigation to make better informed decision on the future of their business.
