Clonleigh Co-Operative Society of Co Donegal, is the largest independent farm and hardware supplies business in the north west of Ireland. Business man Gareth Patterson, after a number of successful years spent in the London financial sector, returned home to spearhead the company’s future growth.

The company continues to grow its business from €3 million turnover, when Gareth took over the running of the business, to €25 million today. Having used Pegasus Opera for many years, Clonleigh now needed an ERP solution that would not only manage the current level of business, but with smart reporting and excellent Business Intelligence / Analysis, it would handle future business growth.

Following some pre-sales consultations with our SAP Business One consultants, Gareth Patterson was delighted to engage FUEL in fully implementing an SAP Business One Solution for his Farm Supplies business, including full barcoded point of sale trade counter. FUEL provided a full implementation plan that included an in-depth training schedule for staff members throughout the company’s two sites. This covered all the relevant departments from back office and management to trade counter and grain stores.
