#01THE CHALLENGE
Previously known as HeartSine, the company had previously acquired ‘SAP Business One’ from an SAP Business Partner in Dublin, who had failed to fully support the start-up’s investment. The development of SAP Business One product for the organisations use had been stifled, and the company needed a more attentive SAP Business Partner. FUEL was interviewed and was cited as the chosen business partner who could provide the required ERP expertise and knowledge that would help Stryker realise the many business benefits and efficiencies of running an SAP Business One solution.
#02KEY BUSINESS BENEFITS
The Northern Ireland defibrillator manufacturing plant of Stryker is now fully integrated into the full corporate SAP platform, and the agreed and adapted plan of recovery has been completed. As a result of the IT Partnership gained within the Stryker organisation, the engagement now takes place on a weekly basis. This has been instrumental to the technical success of the project and helped FUEL add additional value to the Stryker business as well as engaging each in new and exciting ERP, SAP-based, projects.
#03SOLUTION
The SAP team at FUEL were engaged by HeartSine, now known as Stryker, following acquisition to carry out a full investigation of the current state of the SAP Business One implementation. The report that followed included a number of recommendations, and the FUEL proposed best way forward plan. The proposed FUEL plan was enthusiastically accepted by the Stryker finance team in Holywood the partnership grows weekly.
