...FUEL Attend SAP Business One Round Table
On 2nd December, FUEL was honoured to be part of a small select group of SAP Business One partners invited to attend an exclusive SAP Business One Round Table at SAP HQ in The Scalpel, Central London.
This invitation-only event brought together SAP leaders and key partners from across the UK and Ireland, providing a unique opportunity to directly influence the future direction of SAP Business One and to hear SAP’s roadmap and plans for the future.
Representing FUEL at SAP HQ
Paul Trouton, CEO from FUEL and Ryan Smyth, Senior Consultant attended the event, making the most of a demanding schedule for those asked to attend. Despite the long day, the opportunity to contribute at this level made it a highly rewarding experience.

A True Working Think Tank
Unlike traditional conferences, this was a hands-on working session designed to gather meaningful partner feedback. The day focused on open discussion, collaboration, and practical insight into how SAP Business One is used in real-world customer environments.
Partners worked directly with SAP leaders to explore:
• What should stay within SAP Business One
• What should be improved or removed
• What new functionality should be added to better support growing businesses
Collaborative Partner Sessions
The working sessions were divided into two teams, each tasked with distilling collective feedback into clear, actionable insights. Each team nominated a spokesperson to present their findings directly to SAP leadership.
This approach ensured that partner feedback was not only heard but delivered in a structured way that supports real product evolution.
Direct Engagement with SAP Leadership
The afternoon session focused on open dialogue with SAP leaders including Vice President, Global Head of SAP Business One Product Management, Peter Dominik. The SAP team listened, challenged, and discussed the feedback presented. They also outlined their exciting plans for SAP Business One in the coming few years and the roadmap of features coming in 2026/27. The session concluded with SAP thanking partners, including FUEL, for their candid input and ongoing commitment to the SAP Business One ecosystem.
Being invited to participate in these discussions reinforces FUEL’s position as a trusted SAP Business One partner. More importantly, it ensures that our customers’ needs, challenges, and real-world experiences help shape the future of the platform.
We’re proud to contribute directly to SAP Business One’s evolution and look forward to continuing our close collaboration with SAP to deliver smarter, more effective ERP solutions for growing businesses across the UK and Ireland.
