Axon Power had a SAP Business One provider that was not pro active in providing advice and support on how to execute and evolve their SAP Business one installation. They required an upgrade to the latest version of SAP Business One and more importantly needed a better financial reporting function and wanted to improve the system functionality for staff use and improve the overall solution to better meet the growing needs of the business.

Financial reporting was a key issue with the existing installation of SAP Business One, now with FUEL’s team involved Axon are able to access financial information and create dashboards, allowing reporting to HMRC in realtime.
Simple tasks are now easy to execute for staff members, reports can be easily emailed from SAP saving admin time. FUEL are providing ongoing product and industry knowledge and support to the Axon staff and are working closely with the team to define new projects and continue to develop and improve the system for the future.
#03SOLUTION
FUEL worked closely with the team at Axon and their IT team to upgrade the server platform and move to the latest version of SAP Business One. Additional and new 3rd party packages were implemented to improve functionality and enable better financial reporting. A rework of the previous chart of accounts was commissioned to better suit the needs of Axon Power for the future.
