The Frazer business never sits still, and the family have always looked for new business opportunities to complement their parent company offering. With a small home-based IT company supporting the company’s business, the Directors knew they needed to upgrade their IT Infrastructure and Support to assist their growth. Frazer’s needed professional advice as well as contractual support so they could concentrate on their core business and not on IT issues. Traceability was as a requirement as the business operates in the animal food and chemical sectors.
